The' reservoir res-ervoir will be used as an overnight over-night storage and equalizing reservoir reser-voir for the two sec-ft. of the natural nat-ural flow of the stream from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31. The 4 ac.-ft. storage water will be released along with 2 sec.-ft. of natural flow from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 and conveyed down the natural channel to the point of rediversion, which is S. 412 ft. from NE Cor. SEViSW said Sec. 6, where it will' be conveyed through 2800 ft. of open ditch to the place of use where it will be used from Apr. 1 to Oct. 31 to irrigate 60 acres in SSE, Sec. 6, NNE, Sec. 7, T1S, R3W. 26806 Marley C.
