Show BEA Official Will Attend ilfamont Fleeting According to Ray Brown, president presi-dent of the Moon Lake Association Associa-tion board, he received a letter early this week advising him that Fred Hamlin, head operations director di-rector of the Western area office, Rural Electrification Administration, Administra-tion, would attend the Saturday meeting of the' cooperative. Mr. Hamlin will attend the meeting meet-ing on the invitation of the board and will act in a consulting capacity. ca-pacity. The attitude of Mr. Hamlin and REA in the rather controversial controver-sial issues that " have come up, can best be stajed by quoting two paragraphs from his letter to Mr. Brown: "This is to advise you that I will attend the special meeting of the members of your .cooperative which will be held at Altamont on Saturday, Dec. 3. I appreciate the invitation and will be very happy to meet with the members and to assist you and the' board in explaining to the membership some of the problems now confronting con-fronting your organization. My participation in the meeting will be in accord with the plans which you will have set up to use me as a consultant in the management phase of your meeting. "I hope very - much that the membership will be well represented represent-ed at this meeting and that constructive' con-structive' and' progressive action will result. You may be sure that our interest is only for the successful suc-cessful and economical operation of your system." |
