Show Notice To Water Users Notice is hereby given that Utah Water & Power Board, by George D. Clyde, Director, 425 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, has filed with the' State Engineer, a request for an extension of time from December 6, 1955, to December 6, 1960, in' which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation Appro-priation of Water 'under Application Applica-tion No. 10705 for the appropriation appropria-tion of 1500 ac.-ft. of water from Lake Atwood in Duchesne County, State of Utah, to be used for irrigation ir-rigation purposes. It is represented that all construction con-struction work has been completed at a cost of $37,323.00 Additional time is requested in which to prepare pre-pare and submit proof. Alt protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, mast be in affidavit form, with extra copy, and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Cap-itol, Salt Lake City 14, Utah, on or before January 14, 1956. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time before be-fore the State Engineer at 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Utah, at the hour of 2.00 p.m. January 20, 1956. Protestants may appear at the hearing and adduce testimony testi-mony in support of their protests. JOSEPH M.
