Show Register Aug. 17 The next registeration day will be on Aug. 17 at the home of Mrs. Elton Kettle, this includes in-cludes the Bennett precinct also. i Tuesday, Aug. 3, was Work day in Relief Society, and a group of ladies met and did some refinishing on some-of the chairs for the Relief Society room. Each lady brought her lunch. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gardner and family, of Salt Lake City, have been visiting at the home of Harold's father, John A. Gardner, and at the Earl and Delmer Gardners' homes. When Mr. and Mrs. Leslie Collins returned to their home in Salt Lake City, last week, they were accompanied by Mr. Collins' mother, Mrs. Mary (Grandma) Collins, where she will visit a while. Mrs. Glen Eldredge has been visiting at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Eldredge last week and with friends and relatives rel-atives in the Basin. The P-TA officers are already making plans for the coming school year. Officers are Erie Hatch, president; Albert Harris, vice-president, and Stella Hatch, secretary. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Locke are the proud parents of a baby boy, born at the Roosevelt Hospital Hos-pital last Thursday, Aug 5th. Mrs. Clarence Betts and two daughters, Glenda and Clara, spent one week in Price with Mr. Betts, who is employed near there, and with Mrs. Betts' mother. Mr. and Mrs. Elton Kettle and family spent several days last week camping in Uinta Canyon. Can-yon. Mr. and Mrs. Glen Stanley Stan-ley and Mrs. Isaac Ross went up and spent one evening with them in camp. |
