Show 35 Mineral Deeds Issued By County Clerk In 4 Weeks Oil speculation is on. the upswing up-swing with the issuance of 35 mineral deeds within the past four weeks, according to information infor-mation released by the county clerk's office. Most transfers have been concentrated con-centrated in the western Duchesne Du-chesne county and in the Monarch Mon-arch and Mt. Emmons area. Twelve deeds have been issued is-sued in T1S, R2W (Monarch area); eight in T1S, R4W (Mt. Home area); seven in T4S, R4W I (south Duchesne); three in T1S, R5W (west Mt. HnmeV twn in T2S, R4W (southwest of Mt. Emmons); one in T1S, R1W (west Neola); one in T2S, R5W (north of Duchesne); and one in T5S, R6W (southwest Duchesne). Purchasing mineral rights were P. M.
