LOGAN TEMPLE IS SCENE OF WEDDING The wedding of Miss Wanda Mitchell, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hugo Mitchell, of Upalco, and Charlie Allred, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Allred, of Al-tonah, Al-tonah, was solemnized in the Logan Temple on Friday. August Aug-ust 1. A party honoring Lt. Dale Cummings was held Sunday, July 27, at the home of Mr. and Airs. Verl Roper. Among those who attended were Harby Evans, Ev-ans, Laura Potts, Georgia Dur-fey, Dur-fey, Boyd Redding', Mary Evan?, Mickey lorg, lone Mitchell, Nona No-na Mitchell, Alan Roper, Don Durfey and Gayle Peterson. Refreshments Re-freshments were served. Mrs. George . Rogers, of Mt. Emmons, visited with her daughter. daugh-ter. Mrs. June Carrell, during the week. Mont Lloyd, of Salt Lake City was in Upalco on business during dur-ing the week. Mr. and Mrs. Sharon Cummings Cum-mings and children, of Roose- ivelt, Visited with Mr. and Mrs Floyd Cummings and Mr. and j Mrs. Fred Cummings during the week. Mrs. Reed Clayburn, Bridge-land, Bridge-land, visited recently with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Percy Potts. Mrs. Ethel Coburn and Lemo Williams were also visitors at the Percy Potts home. Mr. and Mrs. Marven Williams Wil-liams and Keith Maxwell, of Salt Lake, visited with Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Williams and family fam-ily during the week. Miss Laura Potts spent the afternoon and evening as the guest of Harley Evans. |
