Show Mt. Emmons Deane Case Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth LaRose recently returned from a three-day three-day visit with relatives in Fort Hall, Idaho. Mr. and Mrs. Denzil Lister and children, of Heber, visited last week with Denzil's mother, Mrs. Dicy Lister, and other relatives.' rel-atives.' Mrs. R. M. Brandon, of Salt Lake City, is here for a month's stay with her daughter, Mrs. Delmar Mecham. Miss Zella Rust arrived Saturday Sat-urday from Malta, Ida., to spend the Memorial holidays with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. L. W. Rust. Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Clegg arrived Saturday from Provo. Mr. Clegg returned to his work the following day, while Mrs. Clegg remained for a longer visit with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Edgar Miles. Miss LaRue Wall, employed in Salt Lake, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Wall. Mr. and Mrs. Milan Rogers and Mr. and Mrs. Reese Rogers, of Upalco, were guests Saturday Satur-day of Mr. and Mrs. George Rogers. Mr. and M,rs. Erwin Ames and son, Brent, and Fred Snyder, Sny-der, of Pocatello, spent the week-end with Mrs. Mary C. Snyder. Brent stayed over for a longer visit with his grandmother. grand-mother. Here to attend the wedding of the former Miss Betty Holder and Varney McLea were Mr. and Mrs. Dee L. Holder and two children, and Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Holder and son, Larry, of Salt Lake; Mr. and Mrs. Garth Sargent and baby, of Hoytsville; and Mr. and Mrs. Avard Rigby, of Vernal. Mr. and Mrs. Niel Murray and baby son were week-end guests of Mrs. Murray's parents, Mr. and Mrs. George Rogers. Peggy Ann Case, here for the wedding of her friend, the former form-er Betty Holder, spent the weekend week-end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Case. Accompanying her from Provo were two school friends, Darlene Shipp and Sara Mae Dunn, of Sevier county. Pete Nielson, of Salt Lake, was a weekend guest at the Leslie Les-lie J. Orr home. Under the direction of the ward bishopric and Primary president, Mrs. Grant Hansen, graduation rites were held for nine girls and boys Sunday afternoon af-ternoon at Sacrament meeting. Transferring from the Primary organization into the M.I. A. were Dale Hanberg, Dwayne Evans, Leonard Ames, Douglas Miles, David Hislop, Blaine Mecham, Me-cham, Ann Boswell, Dora Wall and RaNae Stevenson. |
