Show NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE United States Department of , Agriculture Farmers Home Administration The Farmers Home Administration is offering at public sale the following described property, stituated in and near Upalco, Utah, known as the Roy L. Mitchell property, containing 122 acres more or less: Parcel No. 1. That portion of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter (SESWVi) of Section twenty-five (25), Township One (1) South, Range Two (2 West of the Uintah Special Meridian lying East of the Page canal. South half of the northwest quarter of the southwest quarter (SNWSWVS) and the west half of the southeast south-east quarter (WSEVO of Section twenty-five (25 Township Town-ship one (1) south, Range two (2) West of the Uintah Special Meridian. Less the following tract: Beginning seven (7) chains East of the Southwest corner of the West half of the Southeast quarter (Wy2SEV4), Section twenty-five (25), Township One (1) South, Range Two (2) West, Uintah Special Meridian; thence North eight and one-half (Sl2) chains, East thirteen (13) chains, South eight and one-half (8') chains, West thirteen (13) chains to beginning. Ill acres more or less. Parcel No. 2 Beginning seven (7) chains East of the Southwest South-west corner of the West half of the Southeast quarter (WiSEVi) Section twenty-five (25 Township one (1) South, Range two (2) West, Uintah Special Meridian;, thence North eight and one-half (8y2) chains, East thirteen (13) chains, South eight and one-half (82 chains, West V thirteen (13) chains to beginning. 11 acres more or less. The farm has a two-bedroom home, a Grade A milk barn, and flowing well on Parcel No. 2. Together with all water and water rights, ditches and ditch rights used thereon or appurtenant thereto, and especially 95 shares capital stock class "E" Dry Gulch Irrigation Company. Subject to exceptions and reservations as contained in the patents from the United States of America; Subject to existing rights of way for roads, highways, ditches, canals, laterals, and power transmission lines; Conveyance will be by quitclaim deed" and will convey only those interests, including mineral interests, not outstanding out-standing in third parties. Arrangements for inspection of the property may be made and information of conditions of the sale may be obtained from Jay S. Fitzgerald, County Supervisor, Farmers Home Administration, Frandsen Building, Roosevelt, Utah. TERMS: Cash or not less than twenty percent cash with the balance bal-ance payable in five equal annual installments with interest inter-est at the rate of five percent per annum and such balance to be secured by a first real estate mortgage on the above described property. Sealed bids will be received and may be submitted to the State Director, Farmers Home Administration, 222 South West Temple, Salt Lake City, Utah, prior to 11:00 a.m., November 14, 1956, at which time all bids will be publicly opened. Bids may be made on parcels separately or on the whole farm. If bids are made on separate parcels, 10 shares of water stock will be sold with Parcel No. 2 and 85 shares with Parcel No. 1. Supplemental Abstracts of Title covering the period from June 27, 1949 to November 28, 1951, will be furnished to such purchaser pur-chaser as purchases the whole of said property or to such purchaser pur-chaser as purchases Parcel No. 1.
