Show WHITEROCKS Madeena Smith TRIDELL WARD GIVES SUNDAY PROGRAM The Tridell Sunday School gave a program as meeting on Sunday. The speakers were Ray Goodrich and Charles Glines, Mr. and Mrs, William Searles, of Salt Lake, visited their daughter, daugh-ter, Mrs. Larna Russell, and family fam-ily this week, then went to Manila to visit a few days. Mrs. Dora Griffin cared for the post office two days this week for Mrs. Ruth Murray. While swimming with Orion Smith and Bert Moosmann Tuesday, Tues-day, Duane Allen received a severe se-vere sunburn on his back and shoulders. He has been under the doctor's care with it. Petro Forakis and family, of Salt .Lake, visited at the J. O. Hoops' home over the weekend, j Arvin Simmons and family, of Orem, and Mrs. Elsie Simmons, of Provo, visited the Donald Sim-! mons family over the weekend of the 24th. Mrs. Elsie Simmons also visited her daughter, Mrs. Ralph Prescott while here. The Leland Moosman family were dinner guests at the Bill Hoops' home on Sunday. Miss Lorna Oberhansly played an accordian solo at meeting in Neola on Sunday, Miss Carrie Ann Wise, of Vernal, Ver-nal, was a guest of Ray Allen at the Art Allen home, Friday and Saturday, A group of little friends were invited to help Sherrie Russel celebrate her 9th birthday, Friday. They all had a good time and she received some pretty gifts. Mr. and Mrs. Paul' Robb and son Theron, and Miss Carma Christen-sen Christen-sen went to Rangely, Sunday to visit Miss Christensen's father, Einer Christensen and Marinus Christensen, who are herding sheep there. Mrs. Shirley -Huber and daughter, daugh-ter, of Lapoint, and Mrs. Alice Morrill, of Tridell, visited the Blaine MorriUs on Friday. Gardner Potter and son, of Green River City, Wyo., visited the Leland Moosman family on Thursday. Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Twitchell and son, Max, went to Manila on Thursday to visit and attend the rodeo. The Virgil Robb family went to Ogden and Logan July 24. They attended their son, Ronald's wedding wed-ding on Tuesday in the Logan LDS Temple. The Whiterocks ward celebrated the 24th on the school campus. The program consisted of pioneer songs and stories. Games, races and horseshoe pitching were enjoyed en-joyed by all who attended. Several families of the ward attended at-tended the rodeo at Roosevelt on Monday night. The Oberhansly girls, Betty and Lorna, rode in the show with the Neola girls' Riding Club. MIA officers meeting was held Tuesday night at the ward house, with Mrs. Mildred Moosman presiding. pre-siding.
