Show RESOLUTION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE UTE TRIBAL FISH & GAME BOARD, That, since some members of the Ute Indian Tribe are sorely abusing their hunting privileges by wantonly and needlessly need-lessly killing deer, without regard to age or sex, that we place the following restrictions on future hunting and killing of deer on the Uintah and Ouray Reservation: 1. No member of the Ute Indian Tribe will be allowed to kill in excess of 4 deer during any calendar year. 2. Prior to' hunting and killing a deer, individuals must first obtain a permit from the Tribal Fish & Game Clerk, or from one of the Tribal Game Wardens, except that during the regular hunting season as established by the State of Utah, no such permit will be required. 3. Any individual caught with deer in his possession without having a valid permit authorizing him to do so will lose his hunting privileges on the Reservation for a period of one year. Further violations may result in such individuals individ-uals losing their hunting privileges altogether, after due notice and hearing before Tribal Court. Resolving further that the Clerk of the Ute Tribal Fish & Game Board be authorized to publish a proclamation to this effect immediately. Ouray McCook, Chairman Kneale Grant, Vice-Chairman Robert L.
