Show Ex-Cong. Granger To Be Featured By Local Demos. "Granger for Representative" day is scheduled in Duchesne County Monday, Oct. 11 under direction of Elmer B. Yergensen and Mrs. Josephine Beebe, county Democratic leaders. Walter K. Granger, former representative from Utah is scheduled to arrive in Duchesne for an 11 a.m. meeting at the county courthouse. This will be followed by a luncheon at the Duchesne LDS Stake House. From Duchesne, the group will go to Altamont for a 2 p.m. meeting, and are due at My ton for a 5 p.m. meeting and melon bust. The day will be climaxed with a dinner meeting at the Roosevelt Roose-velt LDS Stake house beginning at 7:30. In addition to' the campaign cam-paign speech by Mr. Granger, Clarence White of Tabiona will show films on the Echo Park dam project. An invitation is extended the public to attend the various meetings, and reservations reser-vations for the Duchesne luncheon lunch-eon and the Roosevelt dinner can be made by contacting Mrs. Beebe or Ed Carman for Duchesne Du-chesne and James Hall, for the Roosevelt dinner.
