Show Ute Tribal Ho. 2 Completed With Final Test Showing Flow Of 439 Barrels The Ute Thibal No. 2, NW SE, SEC. 21-1S-1E, was officially official-ly announced completed Tuesday Tues-day with a final flow of 439 barrels of 32.4 gravity oil, quite similar to that being produced from the Tribal No. 1, over a 24-hour period. As of Thursday, the well was shut in, so that oil storage tanks could be enlarged to accommodate ac-commodate the flow from both Ute Tribal wells. Production on the No. 2 will probably be interrupted in-terrupted for about eight days. The total well depth is 9,393 feet. Over the week-end, following follow-ing acidizing with 2,500 gallons, the well flowed at a 520 barrell clip in about 23 hours. This means a production of about 23 barrels per hour. All equipment, including the rig, has already been moved from the Ute Tribal No. 2. The derrick was being taken down Thursday. The crew at the Bluebell Unit No. 1, SW NE, Sec. 6,-lS-2W, is now coring at about 9,064 feet. Corings were taken last week at 8,956-9,005 feet, at 9,005-9,041 feet, and at 9,-048-9,055 feet. A drill stem test from 8,949-9,055 feet; open 90 minutes, recovered 810 feet of gas cut and slightly oil cut mud. The crew at the Jack A. Ber nett well on Strawberry is now drilling ahead in shale at 3,930 feet. |
