Show Orem Takes First Place In Mytoif-J Baseball Tourney; Home Team c ' MYTON Orem captured first place Sunday in the first annual Eastern Utah baseball tournament by defeating Pleasant Pleas-ant Grove, 5-0. Orem qualified for the final Saturday by trouncing Myton, 11-3, while Pleasant Grove entered by taking tak-ing Vernal, 11-6. In the game Sunday to decide de-cide third and fourth place winners, Myton eased by Vernal, Ver-nal, 6-4. Final standings were Orem, first place; P 1 e a sa n t Grove, second; Myton, third; and Vernal, fourth. A trophy was given to the first place winner, Orem. In addition ad-dition the gate receipts were divided 40, 30, 20, and 10 per cen among the four teams, the winner getting the largest sum and on down.
