Show Do jou Renenbe) March 24. 1926 The matter of organizing a cooperative co-operative seed growers' association associa-tion was the chief topic of discussion dis-cussion at the monthly meeting cf the Duchesne County Farm Bureau Saturday at Myton. President C. F. Wahlquist appointed ap-pointed a committee consisting of J. F. Hwnkcy, II. L. Allred. David Dav-id Nicholson, J. N. Cooper and William Gentry to advertise and spread the news of a meeting of scedgrowers for the purpose of . organizing three weeks from i Saturday and to formulate ten- tative plans for the organization of such an association. Road work on the city streets will commence Thursday and continue Friday and Saturday. It is intended to fix all of the culverts in the city, and grade the road from the high school to MAIN STREET AND THE STREET RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH past the amusement amuse-ment hall. Hebcr T. Hall, chairman chair-man of the commercial club committee com-mittee on roads, and Lynn Orscr, state road supervisor in this end of the county are in charge of the work. The improvements are financed by the commercial club and donations. The Indian school graded the road from Whiterocks to Lccton the past week. School boys raked the stones off the road at White-rocks, White-rocks, and the farmers, about fifteen in number, donated the work with teams to surface the road with clay. Six local citizens have purchased purchas-ed the Basin Pharmacy and will operate it under the new name of the Basin Pharmacy Incorporated. Incorporat-ed. Those who bought the concern con-cern are Ray E. Dillman, Reuben Fuller, Dr. Miles Harris, Dr. D. P. Whitmore, Elroy Wilkins and Ray Jordan. The business has been incorporated with Elroy Wilkins as president. Roosevelt's Junior town team made up of Arneldo Swain, George Geo-rge Russell, Owen Hislop, Sebcrt Barber and Roy Eldredgc, won second place in the basketball tournament held at Whiterocks last Thursday, Friday and Saturday.
