Show Tridell Mrs. C. E. Merkely Mignon Moosman left Wednesday Wednes-day for Salt Lake City to consult con-sult a physician. She was accompanied accom-panied by her sister, Mrs. Roy Smith, of Lehi, who has been visiting with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. T, J. Ellingford. Mr. and Mrs. Allen Block, of Henderson, Utah, and Mrs. Giles Hardy and children, of St. George, visited Mrs. Hardy's mother-in-law, Mrs. Sarah Harvey, Har-vey, during the week. Mrs. Mabel Haub, Hallie Haub and Mrs. Hallett, who have been in Oklahoma for the past four months, returned Wednesday. Mrs. Haub will teach school in Tridell this winter". Mr. and Mrs. Devear Ross and daughter, Elaine, and. Mrs. Ivan Ross left Friday to spend some time in Salt Lake City. Mr, and Mrs. Don Chamberlain Chamber-lain visited Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Kitchen last week. Blaine Morrill has purchased the Melvin Kitchen home and ground. The Kitchens will leave soon so that Melvin can enter school for the winter. Don R. Merkley, son of Golden Gol-den Merkley, received his degree de-gree from the University of Utah Friday, August 29 at Kingsberry Hall. Don received his early schooling at Tridell and 2 years Of high school at Alterra. He completed his high school work in Omaha, Neb. Mr. and Mrs. Glade Allred, of Salt Lake, visited Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Merkley, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs, Morgan Merkley and Mrs. Collett, of Vernal, visited vis-ited Thursday in Tridell. |
