Show Randlett Nanna Jarman ' The Relief Society held a very successful carnival and dance, Wednesday evening. Game winners win-ners were awarded prizes and points which were redeemable at the food counter. The fish pond was a great source of enjoyment en-joyment and a large display of articles made by the Relief Society So-ciety were sold at a nice profit. A good time was had by all participants par-ticipants and the Relief Society made a tidy sum, which was badly bad-ly needed. Mrs. Etta McMullin went to Salt Lake City to attend the Laney family reunion, held Saturday. Sat-urday. A crowd of young people went to Leola to a birthday party par-ty honoring Kay Durfee. Bob, Vern McMullin and Morton Mor-ton Chandler, rode their horses to Roosevelt, Wednesday, to attend at-tend Indian Days celebration. They stayed at the home of Pearl Jenkins, at Ballard, Bob and Vern's grandmother. ' Mrs. John Young has gone to Idaho to visit her father, Mr. Peterson. Pet-erson. Mr. and Mrs. Fred Ballard, of Denver, are visiting at the home of Mrs. Ballard's brother, Harold Har-old Dudley. Mr. and Mrs. Richard O'Neal have a baby boy. Mrs. O'Neal is the former Thora Pickup. Mr. and Mrs. Garold Thompson Thomp-son have moted to Mt. Home, They have sold their home to Blake Pay. a 'former Randlett I resident, who plans to move out here in the spring. Mr. and Mrs. M. R. Westover, Mrs. M. D. Lewis, Miss Leta Lewis and Mr. Robert Pine, of Vernal, and Mr. and Mrs. Ray Barney, of Leota, visited at the J. C. Jensen home Thursday. Mrs. Ammy Bowden and son. Spencer, of Roosevelt, visited Saturday with Mrs. Bowden's brother, J. E. Jensen. |
