Show - loka Mrs. Violet Gentry Mrs. Bertha Angus Ray Jones left Thursday for Helper where he is employed. Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Lemon and Mr. and Mrs. James F. Lemon and children visited in Duchesne Friday. Mrs. Tom Gentry and children, Mrs. W. G." Gentry and daughter, daugh-ter, Elizabeth, spent Tuesday afternoon af-ternoon with Mr. and Mrs. Devon Dev-on Gentry, of Myton. V. T. Rice and son, Glen, and Mrs. Helen Armstrong, of Bountiful, Boun-tiful, were dinner guests last week of Mr. and Mrs. O. A. Dart. Mrs. Chas. Percival visited her daughter, Mrs. Buelah Bracken, at Roosevelt, last Friday. Elizabeth Gentry left Sunday for Salt Lake City after a 3-week visit with her parents. Mr. and Mrs, W. G. Gentry. Elizabeth will teach in the Granite school district this winter. Mrs. Olive Sorensen has been visiting relatives and friends in southern Utah. Boyd Lemon went to Murray and back Thursday with Bruce Fitzgerald, of Roosevelt. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Merrell and Mr. and Mrs. Fuller Merrell, of Vernal, visited in loka, Sun day. Rav E. Diliman, of Roosevelt, and Forrest R. Stone, of Ft. Duchesne, Du-chesne, visited John A, Angus Friday afternoon. Mr. Angus has shown improvement, the last week. He has been sick since June 27. Eva Percival and children and Edna Angus spent Sunday afternoon after-noon at the home of their sister, Unice Rcmund, in celebration of Mrs. Remund's birthday. |
