Show EXHIBIT "A" NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described real property proper-ty will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder on the 26th day of April, 1988, at 9:00 a.m., at the North front door of the main entrance of the County Coun-ty Courthouse, Corner of State and Main, Farmington, in the County of Davis, State of Utah, by ICA MORTGAGE MORT-GAGE CORPORATION, A California Corporation, as the current Beneficiary, Benefici-ary, under the Deed of Trust made by S. RICHARD PENROD and DAR-LENE DAR-LENE W. PENROD, husband and wife, as Trustor, recorded June 11, 1986 as Entry No. 0739950, in Book 1093, at Page 552, of the official records of Davis County, Utah, given to secure an indebtedness in favor of ICA MORTGAGE CORPORATION, A California Corporation, by reason of certain obligations secured thereby. Notice of Default was recorded December De-cember 21, 1987, as Entry No. 081 1336, in Book 1210, at Page 543, of said official offi-cial records. Trustee will sell at public auction to highest bidder in cash, payable in lawful law-ful money of the United States at the time of sale, without warranty as to title, possession or encumbrances, the following described property: All of Lot 907, MEADOW PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 9, according to the. official plat thereof, on file and of record in the Davis County Recorder's Office.
