VIEWMONT failed to score on its second drive and punted the ball to Woods Cross. Starting at its 27, Woods Cross then moved to the Viewmont 19, from where Landon Shiotani hit a 36 yard field goal to give the Cats a 3-0 lead with 10:29 left in the first half. But Viewmont struck. back quickly. Beginning at their 20. the Vikines moved 80 yards in seven plays, Jason Burningham completed com-pleted two passes on the drive, one to Jeff Duke for 36 yards and another to Jim Bender for 1 2. Mar- passes from Burningham to Mike Goodrich for a total of 36 yards. Martines eventually scored from the seven, and then Burningham threw a two-point conversion pass to Todd Hood, making it 21-3 with 7:19 left in the third quarter.
