DUMPING RUBBISH A notice was published in last weeks issue of the reaper by the board of county commissioners P warning persons to desist from the practice of dumdi dumping tin cans and other debris along the side of county roads it is deplorable that we have any citizens in our community who li have ave so little public pride and interest that they would strew unsightly rubbish along the roads and thus mar the beauty of the landscape as well as contribute to unsanitary conditions there are dumping grounds maintained by each town in the county and it is commendable that our commissioners are taking an interest in seeing that county roads are not made a substitute for such grounds persons violat ing ng this law are subject to pros elution acuti on and we have no doubt that hat someone will have to be made an in example of before the tice ice is stopped
