| Show SCHOOL BOARO adopts MEASURES FOR L will discuss beet vacation at meeting september the tuition fee for high school students in the sevier district was reduced from to 5 by a decision reached at the meeting of the board of education held here monday the reduction was thought advisable because of the present depression it was reported at the meeting that the state high school athletic association had grouped the sevier district high schools with some on the west side of the mountain and on account of expense of transportation anti and other expenses that would be incurred through such an arrangement the school board refused to permit any sevier district school to enter into such a league of int interest inte iest elest to agricultural students at the richfield high school was an arrangement to give the boys a chance to do some practical and art leather work other matters attended to by the board were of a I 1 routine nature tile the next meeting of the board will be held september 28 at that time the matter of a beet vacation will be discussed in accordance cor dance with which clerk B C luth was authorized to write to the sugar sug air beet association inviting a committee from the association to attend the alie meeting |
