study club will start instructive course of study the richfield study club will hold their first meeting of the season thursday september 24 with officers of both sections of the club as hostesses A special program is being arranged A most instructive course of study for the year has been outlined under the heading getting to know the americas the course has been divided into two groups as follows A wards and neighbors 1 adopted citizens of the united states 2 alaska canada islands samoa and guam west indies and porto rico mexico hawaiian islands virgin islands anti and the C canal trial zone B monroe doctrine brothers chili and bolivia colombia ecuador peru venezuela and guiana brazil and paraguay argentine and uruguay books relative to these subjects objects by some of the most imminent modern modem authors will be included in the course at a special meeting of the club held saturday six new members were elected to fill vacancies in section 2 as follows virginia blomquist grace young eva steiner ciner St ann ann bess ogden and mary farrer all club members are urged to attend the meeting thursday
