LEGAL NOTICE PETITION NO. 8J-13C Please be advised that the Bountiful Planning Commission Commis-sion will hold a public hearing on TUESDAY, August 2. 1983 at 7:30 p.m., or as soon thereafter there-after as the matter can be heard, in the planning Conference Confer-ence Room, Bountiful City Hall, 790 South 100 Last. The purpose of this hearing will be to determine the interest in-terest in and ascertain the advisability advi-sability of permitting a private school (the leaching of talented and gifted students) with a maximum enrollment of : 25 students at 197 East 500 South (the former 2nd ward building). The properly is presently owned by Blaine and Barbara Butler, and the use petitioned for is allowed as a CONDITIONAL CONDI-TIONAL USE subject to the approval of the Planning Commission Com-mission after a public hearing. The public is invited to attend this hearing and voice opinion either for or against this proposal.
