Show New Panel To Review Alcohol, Drug Plans FARM1NGTON - A panel to review new alcohol and drug prevention education plans has been formed in the county. SET UP as part of changes implemented through passage of increased beer taxes for education and prevention programs, prog-rams, County Com. Harry Gcrlach has informed the mental men-tal health advisory board the group covers the various areas of taxpayer representation. The committee includes Richard Youngbcrg, the director direc-tor of adult and youth corrections in the county; Brent Argylc, South Davis f ire District fire chief; Vcrn Smith, of the mental health non-profit corporation; Sheriff Brant Johnson and Asst.
