Show U. of U. Makes Clarification On Tuition Fee Clarification of a Board of Regents ruling on fees at the University of Utah was announced an-nounced this week by Dr. A. Ray Olpin, president of the university. (1) The registration fee for all students will remain the same as last year, namely $10 per year, payable at the time of enrollment. (2) Tuition fees are unchanged from $45 per quater in the College of law, $137 in the College of Medicine, and $37 in the College of Engineering, Mines and Mineral Min-eral Industries, Fine Arts, Pharmacy, Phar-macy, Nursing and the Graduate Grad-uate School of Social Work. (3) All students in the University Uni-versity College, College of Education, Ed-ucation, College of Business and the Graduate School will hereafter here-after pay $27 per quarter, thus making uniform the tuition fees in all college and schools, excepting Law and Medicine. (4) All other fees remain un changed. Previously students registered in a college having a lower tuition fee could only take subjects sub-jects in the college having the higher tuition fee by paying the tuition fee which now becomes standard for all colleges. |
