A. Blackham. Mrs. Mary J. Blackham, crrandmother of the bride, attended at-tended the wedding breakfast, which was held at Draper. The remainder of the party attended the reception which was held Monday night in Salt Lake. Miss Blackham was married Monday morning in the Salt Lake Temple to Robert Sanderson Sander-son of Draper, where they plan to make their home. Mr. and Mrs. Lloyd Blackham have as their guests Mrs. Black-ham's Black-ham's nieces, Margaret and Sharon Syme of Salt Lake city. Mrs. George Anderson entertained enter-tained Tuesday afternoon in honor of her son, Paul's sixth birthday. Twelve friends gath ered to help him celebrate the day, and to share in his birthday birth-day cake and ice cream. Games were played on the Anderson An-derson lawn. The summer convention of the Area Five Young Farmers organization orga-nization was held last weekend ?i t Ferron reservoir, according to Elden Westenskow, area president, presi-dent, who was in charge of the sessions. Speakers included Allen Frandsen of Gunnison, state president of the Young farmers, and Laurence Kelson of Moroni. Mo-roni. Fifty boys from Moroni, Chester, Ches-ter, Wales, Freedom and Fountain Foun-tain Green, left Monday morning morn-ing on the annual- FFA-Aaronic Priesthood trip. This year's destination des-tination is Yellowstone Park where they will spend several days. They will visit in Idaho Falls and at the Idaho Falls Temple, and will go on from there to Yellowstone. Sponsors making the trip with the boys are Elden Westenskow. Moroni high school vocational agriculture instructor; Clifford S. Blackham, Stake Aaronic priesthood committee chairman; Ray Kelson, Osmond Crowther and James Christensen. Adams of Pleasant Grove recently rec-ently arrived in London, England, Eng-land, by plane and have made a trip to near-by Dover for a visit wrth relatives and friends of Mrs. Adams. Mr. Adams is a former Fountain Green resident. Mr. and Mrs. Rees Bradley and family have recently been notified of the marriage of their niece, Lois Stewart, of American Ameri-can Fork, to Grant Hammond of Tooele. The wedding took place on August 3. Sunday visitors at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Grant B. Draper were Mr. and Mrs. J. E. Pickering Picker-ing and children and Miss Eva Thompson of Los Angeles, Mr. and Mrs. M. L. Harmon and children of Nephi and Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Thompson of Spring City. The Pickerings and Miss Thompson are visiting at the home of their parents, Mr. and Mrs. A. M. Thompson in Spring City. Weekend visitors in the home of Mrs. Retta Draper included: Mr. and Mrs. Glade Smith and daughter Connie of Parowan Mr. and Mrs. Lynn Demson of Manti and Mr. and Mrs. Gail Braithwaite of Manti. 1 Bishop and Mrs. Ray B. Mc-Kinnon Mc-Kinnon are visiting in Salt Lake city this week with Mrs. Mc-Kinnon's Mc-Kinnon's sister, Mrs. Amanda Colt. They are expected home tonight. George Faux, Ralph Blackham and Horace Magleby enjoyed a fishing trip to Fish Lake Tuesday Tues-day and Wednesday. Miss Iris Irons of Salt Lake city was a houseguest last weekend week-end of her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Wilford Tidwell. While here, she visited other relatives and friends. Ralph Blackham and LaMont Blackham attended a dinner meeting Wednesday night of the association of Pacific Poul-trymen Poul-trymen in Salt Lake city. Mr. and Mrs. LaMont Robertson Robert-son of Grand Valley, Colorado, visited last weeknd with Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Robertson. Miss Faun Robertson is spending spend-ing the week with her sister, Mrs. Oliver F. Harris, in Nephi. Mr. and Mrs: J. W. Allen of Mesa, Arizona, who have been visiting for the last ten days in Idaho, were expected to arrive Thursday for a visit with their daughter and family, Mr. and Mrs. George Anderson. -' Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Christensen Chris-tensen and son, Jay, have returned re-turned from a trip to Grand Canyon, Can-yon, Bryce and Zion's.
