Show lor' Charles Henry Farnworth Dies at Home in Orem -a if" Charles Henry Farnworth, 73, rancher and farmer, died Tuesday ns . , at his home in Orem of heart g' trouble. He was born December 14, 1864, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of George and Mary Allen Farnworth. He re-od re-od ceived his education in Mt. Pleas-w- ant and married Maude Wheelcck a on December 20, 1883, in the old t. Salt Lake endowment house. They moved in 1899 to Chilly, Idaho, l!! where he engaged in the cattle ce business. In 1914 he went to Black-c" Black-c" foot, Idaho, where he entered the sheep raising industry. In 1929 he - went to Orem.. He was an active L. D. S. church -10 member, serving as superintendent 1(1 of Sunday shools in Idaho many r years. He was a high priest at the time of his death. Surviving are his widow, three sons, George C, Charles Henry Jr., and Ivan , A. Farnlworth, Orem, twenty grandhildren, four greatgrandchildren; great-grandchildren; a sister and eight brothers, Mrs. Violet Nicholes, Los Angeles, California; J. W. Farnworth, Farn-worth, Carey, Idaho; Brigham Farnworth, Blackfoot, Idaho; Alfred Al-fred Farnworth, Jerome, Idaho; Moroni Farnworth, Inkom, Idaho; Hyrum and Herbert Farnworth, Gridley, California; Joseph and . James Farnworth, Salt Lake City. Funeral services were held today in the Sharon L. D. S. ward chapel with Bishop Allen Bellows officiating. officiat-ing. Burial .was in the Provo city . burial park. |
