Show Jarvis' Return from Trip, Visit with New Grandchild Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Jarvis and Tamara and Kenneth have returned from an extended trip through the oast, the focal point of interest being the visit with their daughter and son-in-law, Doima and James Hayworth and to welcome the arrival of their first grandchild, born on July 1 to the Hayworths at Limestone, Maine. Mr. Jarvis had the privilege privil-ege of assisting at the blessing and running of the little lady on July 5, when she was given the name of Deborah Lynne. The local people also visited in Massachusetts with Mrs. Jarvis' brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Donzil Gibbon and four- children, chil-dren, the youngest of which are identical twin boys. They drove into Eastern Canada Can-ada and returned by way of Niagara Nia-gara Falls and Palmyra, N.Y. Here they visited Joseph Smith's home, toured the Sacred Grove, and visited Carthage jail, Kirt-land Kirt-land Temple, Nauvoo and Hill Cum.orah. In Sedalia, they visited with friends, Mrs. Bertha Birford and family, where they attended LDS services and report how wonderful wonder-ful the LDS peopl ein the missions mis-sions and other parts of the country are to strangers in their midst. Mr. and Mrs. Hayworth are stationed sta-tioned at the Air Force Base at Fort Loring. Mr. Hayworth has one more year to serve in the Air Force. |
