Mother Honored On Birthday Mrs. Thomas West observed her birthday anniversary on Monday. In compliment to the occasion, her family arranged a surprise party and came unanncunced to her home in the evening, bringing gifts, good wishes, and refreshments and spent a wonderful family get-to-gether of which their mother was the center. Don West brought his moving pictures and gave the group a very enjoyable show. Besides the mother and father the family group included Charles and Hazel Strasburg, Tom and Lcla West, Percy and Mary Christiansen, Chris-tiansen, Kenneth and Edna Atkinson, Atkin-son, Don and Mary Lee West, John and Alva Hardy of Bear River, Mrs. Doris Manning of Ogden, Ralph and Ruby West, and Mrs. Ruby Niclson. Mr. and Mrs. John Harding and Mrs. Manning were overnight guests at the West home, returning return-ing to Ogden and to Bear River Tuesday morning.
