Pleasant Grove Reserve Unit Nearly at Maximum Strength Pleasant Grove's Reserve Unit, 670th Engineer Oompajiy (Dump Truck) U.S. Army Rcsei-ve, is near maximum strength, according to 1st Lt. William F. Shriver, Commanding Com-manding Officer. According to Lt. Striver the authorized strength of the outfit is 61 men. As of Monday, May 27, the official roster was made up of 58 officers and enlisted en-listed men, 34 of which reside in the Pleasant Grove area. The other oth-er 24 come from Provo and other adjacent communities. Equipment of the unit consists of two dump trucks and a jeep and more vehicles will be added as time goes on. Lt. Shriver said Monday that the entire company will go to Fort Crd, California on June 17 for a two-weeks period of active duty. Instruction will include specialist training for all Reserve Unit per-' per-' sonneL Pleasant Grove men now receiving receiv-ing training at the 25 West Cent; r Unit headquarters include: Master Sgt.
