Show i W;y. . -if JAN H. NELSON . . . Homecoming Sunday Elder Jan H. Nelson Homecoming Set For This Sunday Homecoming for Elder Jan H. Nelson is to be held Sunday, Sept. 28 in the Second Ward Sacrament meeting. All ward members and friends of the family are invited to attend these services, commencing at 5:30 p.m. The program will include a report from the missionary and remarks by the parents. The musical mus-ical numbers will be furnished by members of the family. Elder Nelson has labored in the Swedish Mission, and for the past one and a half years has been supervising sup-ervising the most northern branch of the church. This area includes one ward which is only 18 Swedish miles from the artic circle. Since his release he has toured several countries in Europe includ- ing Denmark, Germany, Austria, Italy, Switcrland and France. He visited the Temple at Bern, and attended the dedication services at the London Temple. Ho returned home on the world's fastest luxury liner, the S.S. United Unit-ed States, which crosses the Atlantic At-lantic Ocean in four and one-half days, and was met in New York by his sister, Judy Ann. |
