Show o Offender Draws 30-Day Sentence Pleading guilty to a charge of intoxication, in-toxication, Frank Coates was given a 30-day sentence, when he appeared appear-ed before Justice of the Peace William Wil-liam Elsmore. Coates has been committed to the Utah county jail to serve the sentence. M. J. Patten pleaded guilty to a charge of careless driving and was sentenced to pay a fine of $50 and spend 30 days in jail. The jail sentence sen-tence and $25 of the fine were suspended su-spended en condition of good behavior be-havior and the payment of the remaining re-maining $25 of the fine. Richard Smith forfeited $10 bond, failing to appear to answer to a charge of speeding; Boyd Adamson was sentenced to pay a fine of $5 or spent 2 days in jail, when he pleaded guilty to a charge of intoxication; intoxi-cation; and Harold Greenwood was sentenced to pay a fine of $5 or spend 2y2 days in jail ,when he pleaded gsilty to a charge of speeding. speed-ing. o |
