The Legion Hall was converted into the proper setting Thursday night of last week for a Hallowe'en party enjoyed by the members of the Legion Post 49 and their wives. Hallowe'en motifs and streamers of orange and black with corn stalks, pumpkins and dim lights provided the proper atmosphere. The gues'ts were costumed and dancing was the main social diversion of the evening. Refreshments consisting of doughnuts, punch, candy and peanuts were served. Fifty were in attendance. Mr. and Mrs. David Greenwood and Mr. and Mrs. William H. Wright were joint hosts Saturday night to the members of the "500" club at the Greenwood home.
