Show Collections For Road Sprinkling Slated By City Unless better response is given in the payment of street sprinkling accounts, ac-counts, the city may be forced to discontinue the service, city officials announced this week. Most residents have given full cooperation to the street sprinkling sprink-ling program, but on each street there are some who do not respond. To continue the sprinkling, it is necessary that all residents on the streets where this service is given, contribute toward the cost of labor and equipment, it was announced. During the coming week the city marshall will call from house-to-house, to make collections, city officials of-ficials announced. Residents are urged to cooperate to continue this service, as it aids materially in keeping keep-ing down the dust from the streets. n . |
