Show with all the plaintiff's rights, title and interest in or to the springs and water issuing or flowing from the following described parcel of land situated in Utah County, State of Utah, to-wit: Commencing at the Southwest corner of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 16, Township 5 South, Range 2 East, of the Salt Lake Meridian, thence North 3 chains; thence East 10 chains; thence North 14 chains; thence West 14 y2 chains; thence South 17 M. chains; thence East 4 chains to the place of beginning. THE STATE OF UTAH TO SAID DEFENDANTS: Yoa are hereby summoned to ap- pear within twenty days after the service of this summons upon you, if served within the county in which this action is brought; otherwise, within thirty days after service, and defend the above entitled action; and in case of your failure so to do, judgment will be rendered against you according to the demand of the complaint which has been filed with the Clerk of said Court. This action is brought by the above named plaintiff against the above specified defendants to quiet plaintiff's title to and have determined de-termined all and every claim, estate or interest of the said defendants, or either or any of them, adverse to plaintiff, the following described parcels of real property, situate in Utah County, State of Utah, to-wit: (a) Beginning at a point in the center of Mill Ditch Canal, 640 feet East and 165 feet North from the Southwest corner of Section 16, Township a South, Range 2 East, of the Salt Lake Base and Meridian, thence East 1011.5 feet; thence South 165 feet to section line; thence East 790 feet to a point 198 feet West of the Southeast corner of the Southwest quarter of said Section 16; thence North 660 feet; thence West 734 feet, to the east line of the right of way of the Provo Reservair Company's Canal; thence along said right of way northerly 282.5 feet to a point 942.5 , feet North of the South line of said ' oeciiun, uience west, uo4 ieet to the center line of Mill Ditch Canal; thence along said center line of said canal approximately North 18 West to a point 10 chains South of the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter of the said Section 16; thence North 10 chains to said corner; cor-ner; thence South 57 East 36 chains, more or less, to a point 20 chains south and 10 chains West of the center of said Section 16; thence East 10 chains; thence South 10 chains; thence East 20 chains; thence South 10 chains to the Northeast corner of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of I Section 21, in said Township and Range; thence South 20 chains; thence West 20 chains; thence North 8.58 chains; thence West 20 chains; thence North 1 chain; thence West 8 chains; more or less to the center of said Mill Ditch Canal; thence along the snid center of said canal approximately North 18 West to the place of beginning.
