Show State Board of Ag. Post pons Turkey Hearing The hearing set for American Fork in the case of J. Arza Adams, John W. Pulley, Jesse M. Walker, et-al.. Plaintiffs, vs. Poultry Products Pro-ducts Incorporated, Defendants, will have to be adjourned for approximately approxi-mately thirty days for the following , reasons, the state board of Agriculture Agricul-ture announced yesterday. ! 1. The attorney for the Poultry Products Incorporated Is scheduled to appear in court for most of the month of October. ' 2. Conference has been held with representatives of the Poultry Pro-I Pro-I ducts Incorporated, their attorney, and the Utah Attorney General's I office to consider the matter of I stipulating certain facts and figures with a view of saving time and cost required to take testimony. 3. It is conceded that the hearing of this case might take weeks and even months if every point is con- tested by the attorney of the Defendant. De-fendant. 4. After due and mature consideration, consid-eration, it was considered advisable to have the State Auditor compare certain facts and figures with the auditor of the Defendant with the view of stipulating facts that can be agreed upon. For the above reason, this hearing will be adjourned for approximately thirty days. Producers will be notified no-tified at least ten days in advance of the hearing of the exact date. It is definitely agreed, however, that unnecessary delays will not be permitted, per-mitted, it was announced in a letter to the producers. |
