Show Announce 4-H Club Contest Mr. D. P. Murray, state boys' and girls' club specialist, announces the following 4-H club contests for the State cf Utah. Any bonafide 4-H club member working under the supervision sup-ervision of the Extension Service during the club year of 1935 is eligible eligi-ble to compete. In the National 4-H Club Farm Accounting contest, prizes are offered offer-ed for the best-kept farm business records in 1935-1936. The record is to contain a complete inventory of all farm possessions, a record cf money received and paid during the year, and a balance sheet showing how much money the farm made or lost during the year. A county-prize county-prize of $10 will be awarded in each county. Tire state prize will give the winner a McCormick-Deering 750 pound capacity cream separator. The winner of the Western States will be given a McCormick-Deering double dou-ble unit milker complete with 70 pound pail. The national grand prize will give the choice of a McCormick-Deering McCormick-Deering Farmall 12 Tractor,' or International In-ternational half-tan truck. The second contest is a National 4-H Club Meat Animal Livestock Project. Any club member who is enrolled in one or more meat animal livestock clubs (baby beef, purebred beef animal, market hog, breeding hog, market sheep or breeding sheep) during the year is eligible to compete. com-pete. The county prize will consist of a handsome gold-filled medal of honor. A state prize of a 17 jewel gold watch, valued at $50 will be given to the winner. The sectional winner will receive a free trip to the Fourteenth National 4-H Club Congress to be held at Chicago late next fall.
