Bands of Alpine District Play at Ute Stampede The Lehl, American Fork and Lincoln high school bands particl- patcd In the band parade and demonstration dem-onstration at the "Ute Stampede" celebration In Lehi Saturday. Some twelve or fifteen bands took part, the bands from the Alpine district giving a very creditable showing. Their maneuvers were I well executed, their uniforms at- j tractive and their playing excellent. No places or ratings were given, but j each director was permitted to draw for a prize, which consisted of a new baritone or French horn. The Bintr-ham Bintr-ham High School band were the winners. AH three of the bands from this district received creditable mention and the directors and b.u'.d members mem-bers d'-serve to be commented und pr.ii-.cd for the excellent .showing nu.de o
