Show Ten Years Ago Now (Taken from files of May 22, 1926) The Strawberry Day committee on advertising are sponsoring a series of three radio broadcasts over station sta-tion K-S-L. With each concert there will be a short talk on Strawberry Straw-berry Day given by some local members of the Chamber of Commerce. Com-merce. Also some good 1 musical numbers will be given. Some special staff flags for street decorative purposes to be used on all occasions has been secured by the Chamber of Commerce and are being sold to property owners of this city to be used first on Strawberry Straw-berry Day. The Domestic Art class gave a Fashion Show of their new dresses made during the year, more than 90 per cent of the art students taking part. A good musical program was also given. The Pleasant Grove Scout Council made awards Thursday evening, to the scouts of this city the following boys participating: David Williamson, William-son, Martell Ellis, Bard Johnson, John Halliday, George Pratt, Lowell Richins, Glen Page, Owen Ash and Marvin Olsen. o |
