Show u W. L. GREENE SUFFERS PAINFUL INJURY William L. Greene suffered a painful leg injury Saturday evening, eve-ning, when he was trying to drive a heifer into the corral. The animal, in a playful mood, kicked up her heels, striking Mr. Greene on the leg. He completed his evening chores, suffering intensely in-tensely and later in the evening a doctor was sent for. The doctor ordered Mr. Greene to keep off his feet for a month in order to dissolve dis-solve a large blood clot, caused by the inward bleeding of a ruptured vein in the leg. |
