Miss Hurst is writing frankly from her owr experience ex-perience in attempting successfully successful-ly to lose pounds. She admits herself that although she undertook under-took her reduction program under the direction of the doctor, she was not content with the comparatively com-paratively slow results and cut still further the low calorie diet which the physician gave her.
