Show 1 1 Ten Years Ago j Now (Taken from files of August 15, 1925) Forty-four pioneers of Pleasant Grove were honored at a program and social given by the Daughters of the Pioneers in the tabernacle Thursday. Harrr, : Catherine Hansen, Mary Hay, Mary Jcppesen, Lauritz Jacobson, Matilda Jacobson, Robert Loader, John C. 'NeLson, F. W. Newman, Charles J. Olson, Mary Olson, Niels P. Ten Years Ago Now Word has been received by relatives rela-tives of the marriage on August 4 at Ogden, of Nathan H. Winters of this city, and Ona Hcndrickson of St. Anthony, Idaho. Ten Years Ago Now Congressman O. E. Lcatherwood visited our local Postofficc Thursday. He expressed himself as desiring to "hurry up" the moving of the pn-.vnt Postoffice to more comfortable quart: rs. Ten Years Ago Now Saturday eight neighbors of Fred Knight and some thirty Boy Scouts of the Lindon ward, spent the day cleaning the weeds out of the garden and fr'.m around the house of Mr. Knight. Mr. Knight has been ill for tome time with typhoid fever. |
