An openhouse was held in honor of the past Timpanogos Stake Presidency on May 30 at the new fourth-fifteenth ward building just completed before the new presidency presi-dency was released. President Lyle Thacker, Raymond Ray-mond Bastian and Frank Sumner were greeted by Stake members, friends and others from throughout through-out the community. Visitors were able to write tributes trib-utes and messages to be placed in books to be given to each of the trio. High Council members served the refreshments prepared by the Stake Relief Society and the Young Women decorated the tables. Many had the opportunity to tour the new building. The Stake Presidency served for nine years as spiritual leaders in the second, third, fourth, eleventh, fifteenth and sixteenth wards. The current President of the Stake, Lynn Jarvis was an original councilor to President Thacker. He had to leave the area with his employment after a short term and President Sumner was called as the new council. Keith Sterling and Ralph Phillips Phil-lips are councilors serving with President Jarvis. I wMifrrfir j iw r inr r -ir rr" a mm.
