Norris, a resident of Pleasant Grove, has completed recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot, San - Diego. During the training cycle, Morris was taught the basics of battlefield survival. He was in-troduced to the typical daily routine that he will experience during his enlistment and studied the nprsnnal and professional standards traditionally exhibited by Marines. He participated in an active physical conditioning program and gained proficiency in a variety of military skills, including first aid, rifle marksmanship and close order drill. Teamwork and were emphasized throughout the training cycle. !! r " Elder Daniel Adams returns from mission Elder Daniel E. Adams, son of Eric L. and Florence T. Adams, has recently returned from serving in the Argentina Buenos Aires North Mission. He will speak in a Sacrament service Sunday, Sept. 1 1, 1988, at 9 a.m. in the Pleasant Grove Ninth-Grov- e Ward Chapel, 400 East and 200 South.
