Liberty Deli opens ; offers custom sandwiches Liberty Deli &' Grill, 91 E. 100 North, American Fork, is one of American Forks' newest businesses. Open Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. and from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, owner Jorgen Olesen provides customers a good selection of cold cuts and cheese or you can order breakfast or a sandwich. There is also ice cream, cold drinks, salads, donuts, pies and cheesecake available to complete the meal. The "sidewinder special" features three meats and one cheese, or you can have the 6-inch "Hoagie special" the "Burger special or a "Reuben." Also popular with customers is the "Hungry Man Deal" and the "Kiddie Meal." Olesen says there are 12 different cold cuts and 4 cheeses to choose from . Deserts include donuts. Baklava. pies, and cheesecake. You can either stay, relaxing at one of the booths - there's seating for 24 - or take it with you.
