Seminar instructor, Elaine Walton iW, is a professional social fker, wife, and mother. She says -jt women in general have lower self-esteem than men do. "As women, we often feel we have to do everything," she explains, "and then we feel guilty when we can't do everything." This seminar looks at the changes facing women today, and helps participants learn to balance their personal roles. Walton offers concrete advice for improving self-esteem, developing assertiveness, setting realistic personal expectations, and paying attention to one's own needs.
