Local winners named in Hershey's track During this past week, boys and girls age 9-- were expending all of that pent up energy in the Pleasant Grove City finals of the hershey Track Program. The Hershey Track Meet is an opportunity for all girls and boys to compete in a track meet. There was no cost for the event, and fifty plus would-b- e Olympians tried their hardest at both track events and field events. The meet was held on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The first two days were reserved for the children to try all of the events and determine where their talents lay. We would like to congratulate all of those kids who participated and especially the winners who advance to the state meet. Names of the winners are listed below, the state meet will be held July 19, at Weber State University.
