Joy Lee, right, is the troop leader. ft : Lindon Brownie Troop cleans park Brownie Troop 394 of Lindon spent an hour on March 27th picking up debris in the Lindon City Park as a service project. The h, girls will earn the Outdoors Badge ? for their efforts. Joy Lee is the troop leader. The J girls in the troop, who are from six ' to eight years old, are Jessica Lee, Sarah Ercanbrack, Shalyn Jolley, !. Holly Christensen, Heather s Stevens and Stephanie Pankretz. The girls meet once a week and participate in all kinds of fun activities, first aid safety and arts and crafts. They have gone bowling, roller skating and will have a daddy-daughter date. This summer they can attend a three-day three-day summer camp in the canyon and again participate in carfts and activities. Joy Lee has lived in Pleasant Grove all her life except for the last four and one half years she has lived in Lindon. She has three girls, two of whom will be in her Brownie Troop next year. "The girls are a lot of fun. They are willingi to help, and they get excited about all the little things we do," Joy adds. Girls can join a Brownie Troop at age six and spend three years in the Troop. Sign-up is in the fall through the schools. |
