Show Review - Wednesday, April 11, 1984 - Page 8 Homecoming set for Virginia Fulton Sister Virginia Fulton will be honored at a missionary Homecoming Sunday, April 15, at 1:15 p.m. in the Grove Ward, 400 K. 200 S., in Pleasant Grove. Virginia, daughter of Ross and Gretchen Fulton, has recently returned from the Korea Seoul I J )S Mission. All of her friends and relatives are invited to hear her report at her 1 lomecoming. Kriste Walker to report on mission Sister Kriste Walker, daughter of Mr. Robert J. Walker and the late Karen S. Walker, has recently returned from the Bolivia-Cochabam- a Mission. She will report on her mission on Sunday, April 15, at 11 a.m. at the ' Pleasant Grove 9th Ward Chapel located at 455 E. 200 S., Pleasant Grove. Ash to speak at missionary homecoming Sunday Allen W. Ash, son of Donald and ' Elaine Ash, has recently returned from serving in the Florida Tampa '' Mission. r His homecoming report will be - Sundav. April 15. 1W4 at 1:20 o.m. in the Pleasant Grove Fifth Ward Chapel. All friends and relatives are invited to attend sacrament meeting and hear his testimony. Pride & Joy Singers auditions planned A children's swing choir, known as the Pride and Joy Singers, will be holding auditions for their summer performances. The auditions will be held on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 17 and 18, at 7:30 p.m. The group ranges in ages from 5 and up. Directors are Florence ' Adams of Pleasant Grove and Ginger Bauer of Provo. Those auditioning should come prepared to sing a song of their choosing. Also, the directors would like any of the auditioning singers that can play an instrument, dance, clog, etc., to come prepared to perform all or part of a number in their various talents. The auditions will be held in Mrs. Adams' home, 1080 E. 100 North, Pleasant Grove, where a piano, guitar and a set of drums will be provided. Joy Lee, right, is the troop leader. ft : Lindon Brownie Troop cleans park Brownie Troop 394 of Lindon spent an hour on March 27th picking up debris in the Lindon City Park as a service project. The h, girls will earn the Outdoors Badge ? for their efforts. Joy Lee is the troop leader. The J girls in the troop, who are from six to eight years old, are Jessica Lee, Sarah Ercanbrack, Shalyn Jolley, !. Holly Christensen, Heather s Stevens and Stephanie Pankretz. The girls meet once a week and participate in all kinds of fun activities, first aid safety and arts and crafts. They have gone bowling, roller skating and will have a daddy-daughte- r date. This summer they can attend a three-da- y summer camp in the canyon and again participate in carfts and activities. Joy Lee has lived in Pleasant Grove all her life except for the last four and one half years she has lived in Lindon. She has three girls, two of whom will be in her Brownie Troop next year. "The girls are a lot of fun. They are willingi to help, and they get excited about all the little things we do," Joy adds. Girls can join a Brownie Troop at age six and spend three years in the Troop.
