Fullmer, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Nelson, Pleasant Grove. The couple will exchange vows in the Salt Lake LDS Temple on Aug. 17. A reception will honor the newlyweds that same date from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the home of the groom, 1584 Battlecreek, Pleasant Grove. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. Attending the bride will be Lisa Dutson, Andrea Dutson, Wendy Gourley and Sandy Fullmer. Best man duties will be performed by Richard Gourley. The bride-to-b- e is a graduate of Delta High School and LDS Seminary. She was class valedic-torian, a Sterling Scholar in art and a cheerleader Shp hns prvw qs Miss Millard County and was first runner-u- p to Miss BYU. She is currently a featured twirler with the BYU Cougar Marching Band and is UATO national baton twirling champion. She is a student at BYU majoring in illustration. The prospective groom is a graduate of Pleasant Grove High School and LDS Seminary. He was studentbody president, was band president, played varsity football, was the Sterling Scholar in music. He served an LDS Mission to Frankfurt, Germany. He is a member of the BYU Jazz Ensemble and the BYU Cougar Band. He is currently attending BYU majoring in music education. He is en-tertainment chairman for BYU's Fine Dining Club. The couple will make their first home in Provo. David C. Asay in Provo Temple ' " I I I', Jtf , V, I I X w, A Marilyn Kay Harper, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Boyd C. Harper, Pleasant Grove, will marry Mark Foster Asay, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jesse W. Asay, Orem, on Wednesday, August 15 in the Provo LDS Temple. A garden reception will honor the couple that same evening from 7 to 9 at the home of the bride's parents and is open to all friends and relatives. Matrons of Honor are sisters Diane Palmer and Jolene Harris. Maid of Honor is Winda Clark with Caralee Asay as bridesmaid. Best men are Mike Gallaway and Brent Asay. Ushers will be Bruce Harper and jared Harper. The bride-ele- graduated from Pleasant Grove High School and LDS Seminary. She was a State Sterling Scholar Finalist in Business Education, Utah Ms. Future Business Leaders of America, Utah State FBLA Executive Council Secretary, President of the Pleasant Grove Chapter of FBLA, Recorder for the Pleasant Grove Youth City Council and member of the National Honor Society. She was also a disc jockey for KPGR radio, active in the Pep Club and served on the Seminary Council. She is currently studying to be a Legal Secretary at the Utah Technical College and is working in Orem as a secretary. Mr. Asay graduated from Orem High School and LDS Seminary. He served a mission for the LDS Church in Seattle, Washington. He is a member of the Utah Valley and Mormon Youth Symphonies, has attended Utah Technical College in Orem and is currently employed there as a draftsman. He is presently attending BYU majoring in Music. Leslie is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank R. Dimick of Pleasant Grove, and Mr. and Mrs'. David C. Eckersley of American Fork. The prospective groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles C. Hull of Franklin, fenn. A garden reception will honor the newlyweds that same evening from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Larry Acree home, 635 North 350 West, American Fork. All friends and relatives are invited to attend. An open house will also be held for the bride and groom on Sept. 8 in Tenn. The bride-to-b- e is a graduate of American Fork High School. She attended Utah Technical College where she studied business management and general education. The future groom is a graduate of Goodlettsville High School in Tennessee, he also attended BYU and served an LDS Mission in Bogota, Colombia.
